I recently lost my beloved cat Sammie. They were very kind and took special care to ensure he was returned me to at my home next day. The paw print and the engraved wooden box is a nice way to remember him. Thank you for making this difficult time less painful.
Absolutely perfect! Could not have been better. They handled our (giant) dog with care and respect. They were kind and explained everything simply. They were in and out of here, but were still careful. They are bringing the ashes back tomorrow (24-hour turnaround). They have cute options such as engraved boxes and paw necklaces. Highly recommend.
