Although I have experienced pet loss in the past, I've never had a pet euthanized or cremated. My 14 year old pup was rapidly declining and we were faced with euthanization. I had a lot of questions and uncertainty regarding cremation. I called Faithful Companion (Naples, FL) about 5 or 6 times. I recently lost my beloved cat Sammie. They were very kind and took special care to ensure he was returned me to at my home next day. The paw print and the engraved wooden box is a nice way to remember him. Thank you for making this difficult time less painful.

Absolutely perfect! Could not have been better. They handled our (giant) dog with care and respect. They were kind and explained everything simply. They were in and out of here, but were still careful. They are bringing the ashes back tomorrow (24-hour turnaround). They have cute options such as engraved boxes and paw necklaces. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. We decided later on that we wanted the box engraved. Aaron was incredibly helpful and professional today and couldn’t do enough for us. A real show of empathy and professionalism. A great asset to the business. Thank you again
