Oh my heart! I just got my Lilly Grace back in a beautiful engraved box. I love it! But, not only the beauty of the box but the sweet letter of sympathy and the book on grieving. I so much appreciated all the love that I got back from this wonderful place that treated my baby girl like one of their own. Bless your hearts! I can't thank you enough for all you did for me.

Faithful Companion was incredibly compassionate and kind, I was trying to gain the trust of a stray cat in my neighborhood, who I called Sanji, and was heartbroken when the cat passed. I wanted to make sure the kitty was cremated, and treated with love and respect, instead of remaining outside and they helped guide me through the process with such kindness. Thank you so much <3

Unfortunately, I needed their services for both my cats about 3 months apart. Every single employee that I've either spoken to in person, or on the phone has been extremely kind and compassionate. You can tell they are all animal lovers that understand that these pets are family. I will be using your services in the future, respectfully, I hope that's not for a very long time. Thank you all very much.

The service for my dog’s cremation was excellent. They were incredibly fast, super efficient, and the price was very reasonable. I’m really grateful for how smoothly and respectfully everything was handled
