This place was amazing. Top notch service with a TON of compassion. From the setup of the appointment to the end could not have been more perfect.
I lost my cat Remy on Saturday, 1/31 and was devastated. Everyone I spoke to on the phone to arrange the delivery of his paw print and remains were full of compassion, kindness, and sympathy. The delivery driver was empathetic and explained the coin in his urn to me to ensure it truly is my pet coming home. I also appreciated the nice poem and grief book included. Faithful Companion was extremely helpful as we navigated the process of handling and memorializing our recently passed cat. Their hours made it convenient for us to bring our cat to them in the evening after her passing rather than having to keep our cat's body overnight and they were very accommodating to how we wanted things (e.g., we requested to not have the heart gem stones on our paw print clay mold and they happily obliged).
