The person that I was dealing with was very compassionate and she understood the grief that I was going through it was very kind and caring would highly recommend these people if you have a pet that just died and you were wanting to cremate them

What a wonderful experience during such a tragic time. My boy, Gadget, passed away naturally early Saturday morning so we brought him in ourselves. The entire way they handle the process and the grieving family is nothing short of angelic and beautiful. Every person I talked to had the most understanding, kind and warm tone with me. Duane was so compassionate when I called that we were coming in and with all my conversations with him. He didn’t care about “the transaction”, he cared about our loss. Nisha was so caring and I felt at peace leaving a piece of me there knowing she would be treated with the respect and dignity she deserved. Zack gave us his condolences and hugs. I cannot speak highly enough of this service. They took great care of my Calliope, got great ink prints of her paw and nose, and returned her home safely to me in-person. They didn’t just stick her in the mail, but took the time to assign someone to bring her home and made sure I was home to bring her inside. Faithful Companion took such great care of us when our beloved dog, Traveler passed. They were so understanding and compassionate, and the turnaround time of the cremation was so quick. The delivery driver, Josh, was so kind in communicating with my husband and I and delivering our boy safely back home. The entire experience of everyone we worked with was so caring, and we are so appreciative of it during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you.
