Wonderful and compassionate people who work there. Highly recommend their services, they did a beautiful memorial for my Kohle (10/15). Have to come back and update.. my other senior kitty Braydee (10/23) passed a week after Kohle... I received the same kind and compassionate service from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them for caring for your pet when time comes, you won't be disappointed.

They were so kind. From my first, sobbing phone call and through the whole process. The gentleman who picked up Channing was so tender with him. There was a minor snafu with dropping him off to me, but I chalk it up to just being human. Nothing that would prevent me from highly recommending their services.

This place was great when we lost our Slate unexpectedly. From the time we called them to the time we picked our boy up. They took their time with us as we were so heartbroken. If the need should arise again we will definitely use Faithful Companion again.

The day my baby cat Klaus passed was one of the worst days of my life. He was 1.5 years old and we found a genetic heart defect too late to treat. I was completely off the rails. I called at 8:01am on a Saturday because I did not trust the vet he was at to fulfill the process efficiently. I was so thankful to have Kelsie on the other end of the line. This place is so caring and kind. I was heartbroken after the loss of my ferret, and they were nothing but compassionate during my time of grief. I can't recommend them enough if you've lost a pet and want a place that will treat them with respect and kindness.
