One of the hardest things I ever face in my lifetime is losing a beloved pet. Friday I lost my boy Jack after 8 years we had together. Faithful companion answered my call at 6:00 in the morning and was at my doorstep by 7:00 the efficiently and compassionately picked him up and brought him back to me after cremation. I cannot endorse them enough. In moments of an explicit pain and sorrow you can feel confident calling them.
Thank you for you for your fast and thoughtful services my daughter lost her pet and was distraught the poem you all put in her bag made her look at things different and eased her heart so I appreciate the thought put into the care package for cremation
The nicest most compassionate young man came to take our Shelby, he explained everything and was very patient with me as I was severely heartbroken. Even my neighbors that were there to support me said how nice and professional he was. Thank you so much again. I would recommend them to anyone who may need this unfortunately service.
If you are reading this and looking for the most compassionate company help you during a tough time, this is who you want on your side. The level of professionalism is out matched. I called after hours and spoke to a real person that helped me from start to finish. One of the first things was they were sorry for my families loss and do we need a pickup. I didn't even know that was it an option. Not only is pickup offered but delivery as well. Make the call talk to them. You will be pleased.
The option to have your pet euthanized in your own home is like no other. I will never do it another way. I lost my girl last night and it was amazing to be able to have her laying peacefully on top of me when she took her last breath. She was comfortable and surrounded by the people she loved most. Dr. Paula and her tech (I forget her name with all the emotions) were kind and explained everything in detail making the process a bit easier.
