This company is amazing to work with. They handle our furry family members with so much dignity and compassion. When we lost our senior dog, they were very kind and respectful. They even let me know when they picked her up from the emergency vet to be brought to their facility for cremation. We have a BEAUTIFUL engraved photo urn from them for my girl, and the poem and everything they brought her back with was amazing. Not to mention she was back home in less than 24 hours. I recently had my 21-year-old polydactyl cat cremated after a lovely and calming at home euthanasia with a lovely vet. Unfortunately, I just got the ashes and paw print back and the paw prints are HORRIBLE. I was really hoping to get a good impression of my loving pets’ paws, but I received the visual attached. It seems more time was spent on stamping shit all around the print and not on the print of the actual paw. I'm already upset over his passing and now this.
