I recently had my 21-year-old polydactyl cat cremated after a lovely and calming at home euthanasia with a lovely vet. Unfortunately, I just got the ashes and paw print back and the paw prints are HORRIBLE. I was really hoping to get a good impression of my loving pets’ paws, but I received the visual attached. It seems more time was spent on stamping shit all around the print and not on the print of the actual paw. I'm already upset over his passing and now this. Our girl was delivered to us by Faithful Companion - a cremation service in Cedar Lake, Indiana. Last night one of their men met us at the Emergency Vet and he was so compassionate and respectful-I can’t say enough about their service. The next morning a young man called to tell us he was on his way and he too was so caring. We weren’t expecting the paw prints with the Rainbow Bridge poem - it was their extra touch of love. Our Gabby-Gabby Good Girl will always be remembered and forever loved.

Please beware. My vet used these people and what I got back in return is simply unacceptable. You can see the clear difference in these photos. The second paw print was done else where. I can’t even tell what I’m looking at with what I received from you all. This is sloppy and beyond disheartening. The last thing I have to remember my dog by i can’t even stand to look at
