The entire experience with Faithful Companion was so dignified and compassionate. We were really very impressed with the whole experience. There were two different people who took our baby from our house to be cremated and someone else who brought him back home and both were so kind, empathetic, patient, and respectful. The turnaround time was so quick; some places take six weeks to give you your baby back and it was so nice to have him back right away. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy.
This was my first time using Faithful Companion and I could not have been happier with my decision. They picked up my Ricki and had her back to me in 24 hours. Gentlemen that picked her up and dropped her off were so compassionable and caring. I highly recommend you use their services.
Our precious boy went over the rainbow bridge suddenly and unexpectedly yesterday. Faithful Companion patiently listened, answered all of our questions and lovingly picked Oreo up from our home to respectfully do momentos and cremation services. They also brought him back to our door the next morning in a beautifulwooden urn. Amazing services for a great price. Highly recommend.

I'm too broken hearted to write a meaningful review but wanted to at least leave a review saying that the experience was everything we needed and more. My cat went to the ER sick on a Thursday evening and by 11:15 the next morning he was being picked up by Faithful Companion. The days were a blurr so I cannot remember the name of the rep...James I believe was his name (I am so sorry) but he was kind, patient, empathetic, and he even let me get a hug.
