Staff was really kind and handled my fur baby with much care thank you guys so much

My pet was euthanized through Lap of Love in Chicago and they use Faithful Companion for cremation services. I was impressed with how quick the turnaround was to get my cat's ashes back. I especially have to commend the delivery person as I was not home today when they were in town to deliver the cremated remains so he came to my office instead to drop them off with me so I didn't have to run home. They just returned my boy today.. very fast,very efficient,very professional and the urn is very sturdy and nicely engraved and they were able to get a great pawprint
