Our technician was Steven. We were very please with his professionalism, attention to detail and communication!! I've never used Faithco before, but they will definitely be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future.
When you have sewer issues it is so important to get someone right away. This was the third business I called and they were able to squeeze me in. Conner came out and was very sweet and respectful. He made sure everything was working well before he left. This is the first time using this place and first time in at least 10 yrs I have had to pay for a plumber. I have no idea what the going rate is- but to have working toilets and to be able to shower the $400 was worth it!
Good job, on time and courteous! Highly recommended! Taylor did a great job and was informative. I will definitely use your services again.
