They are the best for mission trips out there! Helpful team, best overall product I could find, and, according to what I could research, some of the biggest missions orgs and churches use them, which gave me confidence.

I agree with all the reviews. They do not help with cancellation of flights. They will make a policy that makes no sense in order not to give you a refund.

Not impressed!! We had a trip where the airline canceled our flight and we were delayed to the point that we lost our connecting flights and personally had to rebook new flights. Did they help us or repay? No! we kept receipts, after spending HOURS of our time tracking down the information from the airline ourselves and many other things of hours upon hours on the phone...they just kept giving us the run around! Terrible! Stuck on a missions trip due to lost baggage and delays and their only answer was “nothing we can do”!!! And they meant it! Also, nothing they were willing to pay although we sent receipts (which they conveniently lost)!! Even though we paid for their best coverage, we have received $0 for our team, even though we incurred thousands out of our own pockets in expenses for transportation, hotels, food and supplies while delayed and without luggage. They are completely unreliable. Don’t use them!
