Great South Austin Church I visited this church in 2001 just after my husband and I moved here. They have a variety of programs for people of all ages. My favorite is Parent's Night Out. For $5 they watch your child from 6 PM to 10 PM. The congregation is filled with very friendly people. When you walk in you are greeted by almost everyone (can be a bit overwhelming if you are shy.) You almost feel as if you are already a part of their community. For Sundays, they have 3 worship services. 8:30 and 11 AM are more traditional.... read more
