Emails bounce back, calls go unanswered, voicemails ignored. For a B2B company where businesses depend on your services to function, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. After dozens of attempts, I still couldn't get a real person on the line. If your customers’ businesses rely on you, the least you can do is pick up the phone.
