Was supposed to get medicine in the morning. Got up right when the clinic opened like I was told to and they said they’d send it to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy never got the request. I called the clinic and they kept saying they’d call me back about medicine and get it sent. They never did, even after I called them 4 times. They gave me the excuse of that they thought someone else already sent it in 3 times. And the answering service receptionist was rude and not understanding at all.
