Had a VA C&P exam scheduled on a Monday a 10AM. Office was closed, no one answered the phone after numerous attempts.
Dr Z is just a terrible person! She's uncompassionate about her patients she's careless when it comes to long-term health and has problems remembering and following through with her actions. She's more concerned about how much your insurance company will pay and then goes up on the bill to max out what insurance will pay so that she can charge you cash out of pocket although my insurance normally completely covers it!

I’ve been going to Dr. Z Nzelle Mayeba for about a year now. It’s been one bad experience after another with this so called Doctor..The office receptionist/nurse has always been such a great help.Shes extremely nice and very helpful. She’s the reason I’ve stayed with this practice for this long.The lady that works in the lab is also an awesome lady. I have no complaints about either of these ladies. OMG when I tell you this place is the BEST. It’s the BEST. I absolutely love Dr. Znelle and the staff here. I feel so welcomed, HEARD, and appreciated. My care and needs are met IMMEDIATELY. I’m glad I made the decision to change my doctor and come here. And I get therapy here?! Bonus! The perks of contacting the doctor after hours is just what everyone needs! Thank you, Dr. Znelle!
