Very unimpressed by the "work" done by Jay. We were having problems with our hot water heater and our Landlord called Faith Plumbing and Jay came the next day. He said he would be back the next morning to fix the problem. He did show up and spent 15 minutes "fixing" the problem. 2 hours later after paying him $90 it was broke again so my landlord called and said it was broke again and he said he would be back the next morning to replace the entire hot water heater. Okayish – I had a plugged kitchen drain this people were out here 2 days and still haven't fixed it. They are milking the hours I think.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVER SLEPT!!! – Requested service on Thursday, came on following Tuesday. They DO NOT give free estimate, so the plumber took some measurement (drain line that I need to replace), spend about 10minute and demanded a $50.00 Fee. I paid, and plumber say he will come back next day with all the material first thing in the morning. He even checked with the dispatch to confirm he did not have job site to go to 8AM next day.
