Faulty goods - store unwilling to help- sales assistant pleasant but ill informed re consumer rights. Manufacturer extremely helpful after a lengthy email about this store, photos and bank statement with proof of purchase. I will avoid Faith Jewellers in the future. The response from Faith is untrue I am not an aggressive person & certainly do not lie or cheat people.. I have since had the watch repaired at a reputable jewellery shop ( recommended by manufacturer) and interestingly sell the same watch for half the price !

They sold fakes and charged £100s for them!!! No way to tell if what I have from them is real.
Been engaged a few months and couldn’t find a ring I wanted, mostly because other stores were so pushy and weren’t listening or helpful and I felt uncomfortable so would always leave without trying anything on. But, Ellie in the Craigavon store needs a massive Thank You for being so patient, genuine and just all round amazing! You made the experience so special for us both from start to finish! It’s definitely one jewelry store I’ll be back to ♥️
