I have been a member at F. I. T. for 5 years. I participate in various classes throughout the week and have been fortunate to meet and become friends with and be inspired by many wonderful people. April has a saying on the front counter that I see every time we walk in. It says: “HAVING A PLACE TO GO IS HOME, HAVING SOMEONE TO LOVE IS FAMILY, HAVING BOTH IS A BLESSING.” Today I realized that F.I.T. Is DEFINITELY one of my most treasured blessings!
Everyone here is so welcoming! They offer a variety of classes to meet every level of fitness. The trainers and other members are encouraging and welcoming and make you feel cared for!
I love the friendly atmosphere and variety of classes. Positive vibes fill the air and make working out fun! The instructors share a variety of levels and help us push ourselves to build our mind, body and souls. I often leave with a prayer verse that was shared and carry it with me through the day/week. ❤️. It all keeps me going strong 💪
I have been a member of this team since late September and I think it’s the reason for my survival. I don’t believe I could have endured the illnesses and accidents without the support of the community that is known as Faith Inspired training.
