Went twice to Guatemala to assist in general surgery. Wonderful experience and well managed in every aspect. Highly recommend volunteering. I joined entirely due to a medical school classmate who was on also operating there routinely. We traded notes at a class reunion in Dallas is how great ideas develop.
Great mission organization! Have been to Antigua, Guatemala operating with this team, and the work is beautiful, timely, compassionate, and life-changing.
Wonderful organization to provide medical and surgical care to those who need it and cannot obtain otherwise.
