I initially started working with them for pelvic floor physical therapy, but when I later ended up needing meniscus surgery and IT band rehab, there was no question where I was going to recover. Best physical therapist in the valley! Faith and her team are knowledgeable and will cater rehabilitation exercises to your needs/capabilities. Testing mechanisms to gauge improvements, bands/weights/needling/massage, they have it all! Went for a quad injury, and was able to get back to lifting in a few short months. Highly recommend for any athletes.
Working with Maddie at FIM has been a great experience. I feel like I am listened to and that she is extremely knowledgeable. I know that she has my movement end goals in mind and care that my pain will be resolved as much as possible at the end of our 8 weeks, while still pushing me to do what I really can. She does not let me limit myself by my pain.
