Worked for Faith for about a year and a half. Their training wasn’t great but I had prior caregiving experience so I caught on okay. Throughout my time taking care of a client I noticed there was very poor and little communication between employers, employees, and clients. Care plans were never updated, further education was never offered. The only time I really heard from anyone was when they wanted something from me. I have loved working with Faith In Home Care. I love the ability to have a flexible schedule and to work when my kids are in school. They work hard for their clients and staff members. Both Hailey and Jenny are so kind and I can’t think of any where else I would want to work.
