Don't get me wrong I love my new space, but the maintenance ppl needs to do a better job on doing things that needs to be done around ppl apartments instead of renewing a new bath tub they just painted over spots which made my bathroom look hideous and disgusting, I have no running water in the bathtub my stove doesn't work and I have a shaky lock on my entrance door very unsafe

I am in the mission and I went to look at an apartment and the white guy who claims he is the owner told me I needee an college transcript in order to rent from them I will not refer ppl to this place to rent a place and I will especially involve the news media

Can't say anything about the apartments, themselves, as I live in one of their apartments on 153 Seymour St. Back to the Faith and Hope apartments, the on left side, contains the Landlord's office, which is in the basement. Press the call bell, it's on the left hand side, to be let in. The apartments are in fair condition, considering their age. Go ahead and go downstairs and talk to the jovial Landlord, Brian and ask him to show you his pride and joy collection.
