Faith and Hope were very good providers of hospice services for my father. The staff was caring and responsive.
I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the nurses and staff at Faith and Hope hospice, with special shout outs to Nathaniel, Nurse Kendy, Nurse Teresa, and Nurse Alexis. Not only does the staff provide timely and orderly care, making sure to call me and update me on orders, supplies etc., but the nurses, especially Teresa, were there for my father and family at one of the hardest times in our lives. During the regular part of care (before continuous home care was started), nurses from Faith and Hope were patient, caring, and seemed like the best care you could have. But as soon as continuous care started, things changed dramatically. My grandparents did not wish to be medicated at the end of their lives. This hospice is fantastic. 24/7 availability and the scheduled nurses we had were amazing. On the last day of my father's life we had a nurse here the whole time who took such great care of all of us and kept us updated on everything and asked us to the final transition so we had the time we wanted with him. Amazing staff, amazing experience, so helpful.
This is been terrible. The dr’s never call when they say they are going to or even call at all. They did not explain the hospice medication process. So 31 year old Nephew is sufffering in pain for days. They haven’t cut his pain at all and he is sufffering the most INHUMANE suffering and they won’t change his meds at all. I do not recommend this service what so ever. This process has been traumatic for everyone around.
