Patience Pope does not response to phone calls or texts. As a new employee i told her no wheelchair bedridden clients. Doesn't listen, lies,and never paid me. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealth with. I am a 63 yr. Old former business owner.
Too bad I wasn’t able to give 0 stars. Very unprofessional place. Lack of communication and irresponsible. BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Booked an appointment and physical therapist never showed up. Never got a call so when I called I got an apology and rescheduled again. Second appointment once again nobody showed up and another apology due to schedule getting mixed up. I had a great pleased with the caregiver for me She was very compassionate and understanding of my needs.She was treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend them to anyone. Awesome job !!!!
