Jordan helped install a new thermostat and cleaned the furnace. Later he also cleaned and examined our gas fireplace. We trust his knowledge and experience. He explains what he is doing and is very personable. We will want to continue having him come to do this work.
Even though he couldn't fix our problem today he was very thorough and said he would get back to us with options. He was more than prompt a little early actually. Very friendly. Tried to reassure me with those options. I think he could sense i was fearing the worst. Nice guy. Only paid the diagnostic fee.
I can’t say enough nice things about our experience working with Watts Heating. Mackenzie was great to work with scheduling, Loren, the owner and Luke, the technician have been amazing sending me detailed emails answering my questions. We have had so many pool people, NW Gas people, etc working trying to resolve this issue literally for a year. Thankfully NW Natural finally referred us to Watts Heating.
