Bubba kept us informed of his arrival time, always a helpful touch. Congenial and experienced guy. Investigation revealed our mini split unit was missing a condensate drainage tube. He explained the repair and estimating process, took photos, and installed a temporary tube to keep water away from the house. Watts called a couple days later to schedule the work. No complaints so far; will update!
