We are a husband and wife team who are both certified personal trainers. We have been working together for years. We love working one on one with clients and in small group class settings. We know how to scale every workout for any level of athlete from beginner to advanced. Each of our specially designed workouts include interval training to increase muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance as well as core training. We are also certified in sports nutrition and also offer specific nutritional coaching and meal plans.

This a FANTASTIC small gym. I've been going for over a year and feel great. If you follow Aimee and Victor's instructions, they'll whip you into tip top shape in no time. They make sure you get a full body workout and the rest is on you!
I had the most amazing experience at my first class with one of the owners, Victor last night. As soon as I walked in he acted like I was his very best friend and we went way back. That’s the kind of person you need owning a gym. Victor and Aimee are great fitness instructors! They motivate you and adjust the workouts to meet your goals and restrictions. It's like having your own personal trainer! Highly recommend this fitness location to get you started, motivate you to be better and crush your goals!
I've been going for a few weeks and I love the training and atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.
