Genevieve Basanaga has a terrible bed side manner. When my sister could not make it to her appointment because of car trouble she was very rude and insensitive not having the common where with all of realizing that not everyone has money for an Uber or taxi. Dr. Sanchez is wonderful!
Terrible experience with their medical service. I don’t understand why they require appointments if they don’t respect them. I ended up waiting over two and a half hours without being seen. I had to recharge the parking meter twice, and still no one showed up. In the end, I didn’t get a consultation, but was charged $30 for something I had already called ahead to handle through my insurance. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
Doctors are great, front desk seem to hate their lives so bad they have to take it out in everyone else. Had to change doctor because it got so bad at one point, also waiting time is so long youll be waiting hours after your appointment time.
Not a fan at all...
