Es mi primera vez , mi cita era ah las 12:30 y ya son las 1:30 aún no me llaman no tienen parqueadero y ya he tenido q salir 2 veces ah poner monedas sigo aquí esperando tratando de controlar mi paciencia , ya me entró duda si quedarme permanentemente con la Dra ya q vine ah escoger de lo mejor ah lo peor 🤦‍♀️ ojalá tomen encuenta este asunto y traten de mejor el asunto de la espera ya q todos tenemos el tiempo limitado y sigue avanzando la hora y aún sigo aquí 🤷‍♀️ x esa razón solo le doy una estrella

Avoid this doctor's office. The management and scheduling are incredibly infuriating, despite the waiting room being nearly empty, I was forced to wait over two hours past my scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, the front desk staff are so unprofessional and rude, making it hella obvious that they dislike their jobs. A patient's time should be respected.

I had a great experience with Dr Birotte-Sanchez. She listened to my concerns and treated me with kindness and respect. I’m very grateful for the care I received from the dr and office staff.
