My mother had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. She had an appointment scheduled for dry eye treatment but ended up waiting for over three hours without ever seeing a doctor. I was referred to Dr Liou by my ENT. Dr Liou was patient and explained about the surgery and possible side effects. He was honest and forthright about my needle biopsy having a 30% chance of being wrong. I gained a lot of information in my first visit with him to make the decision to have the surgery. He and his nurse, Heather, communicated with me before and after surgery making the whole process prior to and following surgery less stressful. I highly recommend Dr Liou.

Love love love Dr Wasko and Dr. Orengo. They are incredibly thorough and good at what they do. I have seen them both for years and I know I am in very good hands. They are courteous and always take time to explain things. The front office is also very efficient and courteous. I have never had to wait. Love BCM. I live on West side of town and it is worth the trip.

I have been a patient at BCM for last 20 years. I tried to make an appointment due to the cold and non-stop coughing but I was told that I can see the Dr on Tuesday and today is Friday. I have never been able to see a physician on the same day. On the recording, the director indicates same day appointment but none is available. Not for last 20 years. Today, I was told by receptionist to go to the urgent care. Terrible service and false advertisement.
