Zero stars. Worst business ever. Cancelled auto-pay, payments sill went through. Deleted credit card information from account, payments still went through. Cancelled account, payments still went through. Called company and never got a live person or a call back. Payments continued for 2 months which at that point is considered stealing. Luckily credit card company refunded the disputed charges. Never again.
Very difficult to reach. Trying to update information for payment and cannot get it done online, on phone for more than 15 minutes at a time and get disconnected. Not very good customer service at all.
