Very difficult to reach. Trying to update information for payment and cannot get it done online, on phone for more than 15 minutes at a time and get disconnected. Not very good customer service at all.

When my credit card information needed to be updated, I sent it in, and Faith Direct DID NOT update. I wonder what they did with that sensitive information. I called their customer service several times and did not get a response.
