Dr cruz has been my primary care dr for several years. I was always happy with her care. Today I experienced crushing dissapointment, stress and depression during and after my visit. I saw a side to her i wouldnt have guessed was there. The first part of the exam was dr cruz going over my bp which was high. Dr Cruz has been my primary care doctor for 9 years. I used to live 10 minutes from her former office next to Samaritan Hospital. I now live over 122 miles round trip, but still see her virtually or in the office every month. She’s the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had!! She’s a 5 - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 physician!!! Went in for horrible pain in my side, covering Doctor said I needed a CAT-Scan. One week later and found out there was no order placed or authorization requested by office. Imaging center advised me of this. Still waiting on any office follow-up. Nine days and counting. Pain and lack of ability to sit and lay-down totally being ignored. Long time patient very disappointing.
She demonstrated a lack of interest and care for her patient who is my disabled sibling. She failed to return a call made in August 2023 requesting to consult with her about their care. She failed to notify our family of their cancer diagnosis along with other medical providers which delayed our family from seeking cancer treatment for our loved one who is also a vulnerable person in an expedited manner.
