I'm a caregiver of a client that lives here and she has battled roaches in her apartment for 6 months now with no help from management or maintenance. Complaints about maintenance or other residents aren't handled in a timely manner if at all. Only 1 out 6 dryers work correctly for the whole building. Also very little if any snow removal on the parking lots leading to dangerous conditions for all!
My mom resides the the actual apartments. They have 1 maintenance man that is entirely overworked and under-appreciated. The *included* internet is shoddy. They've had repeated issues with bugs. Many residents don't follow the rules their own *council* established. The owners(whomever they are) refuse to invest in the facility at all, so the elevators are shoddy at best and downright scary at times.

I would not recommend putting your loved ones on assisted living side, or working for this company in assisted living. Management is very uncaring and does not listen to staff or residents. And really tragic mistakes happen here.
My mom was here last year for rehabilitation after a bit of a lengthy hospital stay. I must say the PT and OT are tough but they really stay on top of things and go the extra mile by way of encouragement to help the residents get back home... I just can't say enough about them! The nurses and administration were also great. The DON and ADON AREN'T INVISIBLE... they're there for you when you need them!
