Katie Shaw is simply amazing! And nurse, Lacey is just as good! They listen and understand..
Absolutely some of the worst and slowest services you will ever get in any urgent care or medical office if you even wanna call it that. This isn’t just nice in a while this is every time you make an appointment, they will never be on time even when they ask you to get there early. The staff moves like turtles when it comes to anything and honestly if you can go to Witchita Falls or Decatur. Avoid this place by all means
Scheduled an 8:30 appointment, first of the day, still sitting in the waiting room after 9:00. Incredibly frustrating.
