Cynthia Robertson, very short and border line rude. While the doctors and front office staff are exceptional. She is a sour woman and would avoid at all cost. Shame to avoid dealing with a malcontent to change doctors.
I was told that labs started at 8:15. It is now 8:31 and no one has started. This is only my 3rd time doing labs, but it has been this way every time I’ve come. Not to mention some of the patients. They will run you down to be first. So rude
There is one doctor in the whole building who doesn’t make you feel like shit. Most doctors won’t even wait until they close the door to the exam room before talking about you… LOUDLY.(Dr. Robinson) They will also judge you HARD about whatever you’re there for, to your face and to other doctors and office staff, and even, in my case, while they’re putting an implant in your arm! This is a personal comment, but please try hard to keep Katie Shaw. She’s an exceptional PC and her nurses are also amazing. I’ve had 4 different female PC doctors that have gotten overwhelmed or over loaded with work from this clinic that they’ve quit, or moved. And then no one called to notify me at all, that happened all 4 times. Please try hard to keep her, because she’s a truly great practitioner and we NEED women doctors at this clinic and in Bowie.
Dr Josh is absolutely awesome, I have been seeing him for nearly a year and he is very attentive to each and every word that I speak!
