I had a fantastic experience at Faith Collision, in fact, probably the best on-island auto body shop I've experienced thus far. David was communicative, willing to educate us about car car and importantly: rust prevention, and delivered our car back looking brand new in a relatively short amount of time. I was really impressed with their work and work ethic. I highly recommend this shop for car repairs on the Windward side and island-wide. Mahalo!

They did a great job repairing my Jeep after someone backed into me and broke my bumper. Only giving 3 stars because I took time off work for the two days they estimated for the repairs, reserved a rental, and showed up the day of the appointment to be told they forgot to tell me they didn’t have the parts. I was able to cancel the rental, but I lost a day of pay and was unable to get a car for the day that they had me bring the car in the next week.
