Was treated with very little respect when calling to change vehicles on policy and ask about rate increases. Very disappointed after being loyal customer here for over 10 years. I will start shopping around for diffrent insurance agent after this occurance.
We love Faith Bolen State Farm! They are really a great insurance company. When I struggled with road side assistance they reimbursed me for a tow.
