Doctors were nice however this process was very frustrating and unclear. From billing issues, to scheduling conflicts on the doctors part, to the medical form having the incorrect date on it. I called multiple times for a correction sent to my email and have yet to receive it.

I'm giving this place 2 stars only because of Sharon Thompson. If you're in need of her services, go see her. Just keep in mind the front desk attendance is low and can be frustrating to get appointments and answers. I'm really not happy with Vicki. I saw her a handful of times and there were a handful of red flags. ● I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a professional. I saw a counselor there recently for grief counseling. I told my counselor, in the beginning, that I take care of my mother, and that I would have to work around her schedule, since she is on dialysis, and has a lot of other health problems. I had to cancel and reschedule a couple of times, and my counselor cancelled once with me the same day of my appointment. I cancelled my appt the day of recently and did not reschedule at that time. I can't express how grateful we are for this counseling center. We have adopted children with special needs and the therapy staff at Faith and Hope have been our number one support system. They have helped us with family counseling, TBRI training (life changing), marriage counseling, and personal therapy (because raising kids with early trauma is HARD). My therapist started with EMDR for my own early trauma, but when she realized it was not doing what she hoped, she switched to ART. That method was highly effective. The staf... read more
