I reached out to Alex at Fait Construction looking for a tree to replace one that fell during the storm in '22. I asked a hundred questions over months and he was patient as a saint. He got me the tree I wanted at a price that was lower than anyone else. Any issues addressed quickly and courteously. The bar is set, and it is high!! Alex and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Our backyard started out as a disaster with construction debris, gravel, a destroyed lawn, and driveway. Alex and his team showed up on day 1 with trucks, equipment, stone, gravel. By day 2 (final day of the job), we had a leveled yard that was ready for our above ground pool, and grass to walk on. Great service from start to finish. It started with Alex helping me pick out an appropriate tree for my front yard. He had tons of options and his knowledge helped me find the perfect one for my home. Moreover, his crew are experts at their craft. The tree was installed in a spot that had no more than 6" on either side of their massive tree transplanting truck. The driver maneuvered around the spot with the poise of a surgeon. The tree looks incredible and is a major improvement for my home and the neighborhood!
I can't say enough great things about Alex and his team at Fait Construction Inc. From our first exchange everything was extremely professional, transparent and pleasant. Everyone was punctual and kept us closely updated at all times. Alex listened to our plans and executed our vision beautifully. At all times, everyone was courteous and mindful of our home. It's impossible to measure the value added to our property, but we cant wait to have them back to add even more.
I cannot find enough words to share my absolute positive experience with Fait Construction. The crew was amazing, hardworking, and timely. Alex was so helpful and honest when listening and putting ideas together for my landscaping project.
