Worst experience ever with a health care institute. My wife was brought there by an ambulance with multiple fractures in her ankle. The EMT was helpful in trying to get me to the back, but the receptionist was very rude to her. Signs of things to come. When I did get back to my wife's room, it was dirty with trash all around, and we were just waiting. They did take multiple x-rays, and that tech was fine.
