The absolute worst bedside manner I've seen in a very long time. She rushes patients, tries pushing vaccinations, and dismisses concerns. She is especially impatient with elderly patients. Avoid this person for your medical care.
The receptionist has a very sweet and polite disposition. The doctor is very patient and listens very carefully. I really love coming here.
I'm being charged money to rebook. My dog went downhill last night and need to bring her into the vets for goodbye and all this psychiatrist cares about is my money to rebook. No. Sorry but I'll pay whatever it costs to stay by her side today. I'm disgusted by the fact. Take my money, just give me today with my dog.
One of the worst doctor in Windsor unprofessional, rude , went in this morning had an appointment. We waited 2 hours people were going in and out even who came after us. When asked the receptionist “oh long wait you have to wait,” there was barely any people. Her receptionist is bad just as her. I believe her name is Sandy or Cindy , bad attitude, unprofessional, never talked with straight face… after waiting 2 hours we just left…
I’m very thankful for Dr. Faisal. She’s honest, knowledgeable, looks out for your best interest and just so kind. Everybody wants to be a priority and their problem is worse than the person next to them. Yes! Advocate for yourself, but do so kindly. She’s trying her best to keep up with the demand and strain on the healthcare system. I think these bad reviews just don’t understand that she probably has to follow Canadian law and her limitations. She’s a fantastic Doctor! Thanks
