The one star is strictly unable to contact them. My doctor made a referral, they never contacted me, they did it again, never contacted me. I called them myself and left a message, no call back. Done. They don’t seem to want my business. Front office seems mismanaged, the message when calling if you have an emergency is to hang up and call “nine hundred eleven”. No, it should be “9 1 1”.
Really nice staff always ready to help. Dr Saeed is kind and does everything he can to make you feel better.
Dr Saeed and Lonsstar Pulmonology are wonderful. He is very compassionate and spends a lot of time and is very knowledgeable in explaining my chronic illnesses and how to manage them. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Saeed is easy to talk to. He is focused on improving health with the least to most practice for medication and intervention.
