Dr Musa and his staff are amazing! They answer any questions you have. Dr Musa told me what to expect and everything he told me prepared me for my chemo treatments. As I read these comments from people happening to wait for him it's worth the wait. He's very upfront and honest. He helps you as much as he can he always comes up with a plan to help. Between God and Dr Musa they have my back I'm very blessed to have someone like Dr Musa in my life he's always on top of what's going on with you.
I am filing a formal complaint regarding the lack of responsiveness and failure to coordinate care by this medical office. The staff is so unprofessional and lack of sympathy for the patients! The clinic is not organized and long waiting over the phone it takes almost 1 hr.They need major upgrade for everything! Patients struggle to get a simple injection that takes 5 minutes they keep them waiting for months to schedule! Horrible staff
