I want to first off say that I am not impressed with the building, the area around the building, & definitely most definitely the parking at this location. There’s nowhere close that you can park. I really feel for the disabled, like myself and others in my family that have trouble walking or breathing. The building isn’t labeled very good. It’s like a strip mall all mixed together. I would not recommend Dr. Musa to anybody! (My mom has a rare cancer) He was supposed to call me and my mother on a scheduled date and never did. I called the next day to let them know we never received a phone call and to let the receptionist know that it’s very important that he gives us a call back because her cancer spread. The receptionist said that he will call us back, but never did. So I called back the next day telling her I was very upset. She promised that he would call back and never did. It has been a roller coaster of a ride with hospitals and drs. I arrived at 3pm. I was disgruntled, my disposition was apprehensive towards the facility. I am reading reviews and literally trying to make my Father an appt with another Dr. My father had no sleep, he was irritable, i was irritable with his drvg, so i exerted very little patience as im reading wait time reviews.
