Was scheduled at 8:00 am. The office opens at 9:00. Got put in a room and had to wait another 20 minutes. Dr Musa was not there, so the results of my tests were presented to me by a PA, who needed to call Dr Musa to answer a question. After being seen, stood at checkout desk for several minutes being ignored by the staff that was working in the area.

Awful experience! I faxed a referral from my cardiologist several days ago and have not received any response. I called the office three times and each time was placed on hold for about 15 minutes before I disconnected. On one call the automated message indicated there was one caller ahead of me, but no one answered! I called today at 4:45 PM, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and then heard a recording that the "office is closed after 5:00 PM." Btw I never call during peak hours. Dr Musa and his staff are amazing! They answer any questions you have. Dr Musa told me what to expect and everything he told me prepared me for my chemo treatments. As I read these comments from people happening to wait for him it's worth the wait. He's very upfront and honest. He helps you as much as he can he always comes up with a plan to help. Between God and Dr Musa they have my back I'm very blessed to have someone like Dr Musa in my life he's always on top of what's going on with you.
