I had a heart attack at the beginning of October. I received 3 stints from Dr Hayat and the care was great. I have a follow up this Thursday.
I am not the patient, my grandfather is. He is a 95yr old man with known heart issues. He had some tests ran and never bothered to follow up with them. They entered everything in MyChart and said "well, that's good enough!" Nobody from the office called to go over the results or to set up a follow up appt so the results could be discussed. A month later, I have to take my grandfather into the ER, that is where the results were discussed. Absolutely 100% unexceptable as a doctor.
