A one star is way too much...The doctor and especially his staff are completely incompetent. They say one thing and do another which is nothing!! They took 7 months to fill out a one page document after they misplaced it 3 times. They promised me specialist and pain management and they did nothing. And when you call in to see what's happening...they don't know what you're talking about. I now see a amazing internalist in Brantford. Run far from this place ... they don't care if you die
