I have had Dr Ahmad for a few yrs. He is doing a great job at keeping me going. I’m pleased with his services!
My asthma was particularly severe earlier this year, and I was very close to being hospitalized. Dr. Faisal saw me repeatedly, for several appointments over the course of a few weeks. He changed and tweaked medications, telling me that he was not giving up on me. He left the door open for me to return to see him if I have any changes. I have seen pulmonologists for over 50 years and have never had treatment this caring. The icing is that he is so familiar with ever changing medications, and his nurse is very caring as well.
Very professional, caring, knowledgeable and impressive. My husband had been sick for 3 weeks. Dr. Ahmad tuned right in to husband’s issues; provided the most appropriate medications and worked with a team of 3 other doctors to resolve my husband’s illness in a few days.
Very nonchalant and unprofessional about patient care. Unprepared for followup visit. Lost test results. Had staff running around looking for other tests we had done and then didn't explain them. Just said "your fine". Refuses to put results on patient portal. Condition has greatly worsened but will not return or reccomend "Dr." Ahmad.
He promised to call me with test results, did not do so, and when I called the next day to find out what happened I was told the Dr changed his mind and I had to come to the office to see him. I explained that was too expensive via Uber just for results and I was rudely shut down by his boss. I want his head on a platter and hers shaved like a French WW II collaborator.
