Imagine listing an after-hours emergency number on your voicemail and then ignoring multiple calls. Absolutely disgraceful. If you advertise an emergency line, you have a duty of care to ensure it’s actually answered or redirected to someone who will respond. Having it go unanswered in a crisis is dangerous and misleading. I’ll be reporting this to the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board, because no clinic should claim to provide emergency support and then abandon people when they need it most.

Audrey & Pluto are both doing so well after their desexing. Fairymount Vet clinic was wonderful! Very easy, straightforward, and friendly service and both doggies are pretty much back to normal after 3 days, without fuss.
A very knowledgeable vet and my dogs have pushed his knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else, 5 star service.
