Used to love this florest, new owner's need to learn how to treat there customers. Had an issue with item that was not delivered and I was basically called a liar even though I had the card in my hand from Fairy tale florest and they kept denying they even delivered to my house. It's really disappointing since I used to love this place.

ok so i ordered a bouquet for my moms birthday and honestly it came out way better than I expected. the flowers were super fresh and the arrangement was just really pretty, not like those cookie cutter ones you see everywhere. delivery was on time too which is rare around here. definitely gonna use them again for sure.
Very kind and welcoming great prices and very fast service while also being flexiable will definitely be coming back
