Viktor was easy to contact and work with. Our fireplace service call was faster than anticipated. He cleaned it, checked it, and made some minor improvements (pilot light position and repainted). He was in and out very fast, price was great too!
Victor was amazing in getting the warranty approval and replacement of the heat exchanger on my on-demand water heater. Victor was very transparent in the process, efficient, and professional. He is trustworthy and doesn't oversell you that you don't need. A bonus is that he is well trusted in the New Westminster community. I'll be calling Victor for my future air conditioner install too.
