From the first point of contact, Victor was at our door the very next day and serviced our very old, but very functional heat pump, as per his inspection. No high pressure sales to buy a new one as 'it works just fine'! The pricing was very fair too! Friendly, efficient and highly professional. Knowledgeable and professional in answering everything. Full cleaning for the first time since installation so Victor (the owner) did an efficiency test to let us know if there is any deficiency. Price is reasonable for the work and time put for 1.5 hrs. would recommend to use again
