Viktor was easy to contact and work with. Our fireplace service call was faster than anticipated. He cleaned it, checked it, and made some minor improvements (pilot light position and repainted). He was in and out very fast, price was great too!

What started with me just wanting to get the pilot light of my fireplace repaired/replaced ended up at $1250 later for 5 hours' work on my fireplace. Sure there were parts costs etc, but almost $800 of the $1250 was for labour. Almost $160 per hour. And that's after a $50 discount... Is it working? For now, yes. Was Victor friendly? Yes. Was it worth the money? Absolutely not. Will I use them again? No.

From the first point of contact, Victor was at our door the very next day and serviced our very old, but very functional heat pump, as per his inspection. No high pressure sales to buy a new one as 'it works just fine'! The pricing was very fair too! Friendly, efficient and highly professional. Victor was very professional, efficient, detailed oriented, and understanding throughout the process of cleaning/maintaining my heat pump. Victor even took initiative to helped me move back the furniture and boxes without me even asking :)!
