I had a wonderful experience at Fairy Dreams! It’s such a gorgeous boutique with a dreamy atmosphere that made trying on dresses feel like it was a fairytale lol. Katrina was amazing - so kind, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Although I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend for future brides!
I'm writing this review to share my disappointing experience at this bridal shop. From the start, the service was a letdown. My stylist, Lauryn, was unwelcoming and didn't seem interested in helping. A significant issue was the strict policy around trying on dresses. I was charged a fee, which was unexpected and frustrating, especially since the overall experience was so poor. Experience at this bridal shop was a 13/10!!! Highly recommend this boutique to any bride to be. Katrina was so caring and personable. The entire 3rd level is reserved for one bride & their entourage at a time with lots of natural light, comfortable seating and lots of mirrors. She was so helpful. She even reached out a few days before my appointment to see my Pinterest board to pull dresses in advance. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Stunning gowns, beautiful bright private studio and a kind positive stylist- a really wonderful experience! :) Fairy Dreams has a great selection at a variety of price points, and a huge totally private area to try them on complete with couches and multiple mirrors, big windows for your friends and family. Katrina was so wonderful and went above and beyond for any questions I had - thank you!
I had my first wedding dress consultation here. The staff are very attentive and welcoming! Special shout out to Katrina, she is an excellent stylist and very personable. The store has great ambiance and a good selection of dresses. Definitely worth a visit in the Ottawa area!
