We love Sea Pines, but this location is my least favorite so far. The villa was good and we could walk to the beach but it's bike distance from the beach club and there is no nearby pool to use. We were told the only pool we could access was the one in Harbor Town a 30 min bike ride (with kids 11 yo) away. All the other places we stayed in at Sea Pines had an adjacent pool so this was an unexpected and unhappy change for us.
Great place for a second home getaway - no short-term rentals!
