I have no understanding for this hoa nothing in this neighborhood says hoa it’s is a ran down community no one ever answers the phone I recieved a violation for my car being parked in the grass and I don’t park my car in the grass no one ever answers this phone and when they do they never can answer a question you have a total waste of time and money had I known this I would of never purchased in this community
Very disappointed in the homeowner association. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for a couple months with no luck. Called the number on the website and the mailbox is full and not accepting messages. When I drove to address that was listed, no one there had a clue about the association.
