DeLand branch is fantastic!! Murphy has extensive financial knowledge and answers all of our questions with patience. Tina is such a sweet lady and always assists with a smile! Been a member...well, a few decades anyway, and have never regretted it!!
Be careful taking advice...I financed a vehicle in 2021. I was told if I made on time payments for a year I could qualify for a better interest rate. I have now made on time payments for four years and the rate was never adjusted. When I circled back with the person who stuck me with a ridiculous rate, she had no recollection even though I had it in writing and then she suggested I get a credit card to improve my score (which I was denied at the time and then my score dipped). I was able to repair my credit, but it took some... read more
