The most pathetic outdated absolute Credit Union in the United States, stuck in Stone Age, with sad incompetent agents taking calls and providing false information. I am horrified that I am a never here for so many years. If you lost your card you are basically screwed for at least 2 weeks! Finally the bank gave me the last reason to move to another bank. FAIRWINDS is pathetic.
I was there on 08/28/2025 and got assistance from KARINA . She was patient , empathetic and was able to assist in a timely manner . She really did go above and beyond to provide the best customer service . I would recommend asking for her for any needs at this branch !
