Today I received a call from fraud prevention regarding some charges that someone tried to make on my debit card. I'm greatful for their service when it comes to that. However, when I went to this branch to get a replacement for my now canceled debit card I was informed that I'm going to have to wait 5 business days to get a new one because they no longer do the repayments in house. My name is brennan.I went into this bank to cash a check from my customer 1050 it was the guy behind the counter stated to me that he had to call her, which I was okay with, but she didn't answer the first time and then I had to call her. It's really embarrassing as a business owner. Over 80000 bucks, and I've been into another one of these, and they did the same thing. And then the next day I came in. I paid off my vehicle loan with them but they kept my vehicle listed as having a lien with the DMV so it made buying a new car a nightmare waiting for them to fix their incompetent error for hours the day of getting a new car. Never ever get a loan with this bank, they will try to hold on to your title in the end and make buying a new car a needless hassle. When using remote deposit for paychecks FAIRWINDS puts an unnecessary hold on funds for several days, I have more than enough funds to cover the check, they have no solution for this
