Recently opened a couple accounts with the Longwood branch after a terrible experience with Truist Bank. Hannah greeted me immediately upon entering with a huge smile and a friendly disposition. Devin assisted me in opening my accounts and answered every question I had with grace, kindness, and superb customer service.
