I called to buy for boat canvas for my 33ft. Cruisers Yacht. The horrible person who answered the phone at Fairwinds told me that because a competitor who she doesn't like, Boat Tailors, had previously done work for me on the opposite half of the boat, she would not do business with me. She literally refused to do any work because of a grudge she has with Dean, the owner of her competitor. I explained that I didn't need her to fix his work, just do the other half fresh.
