Very poor customer service. I have placed 4 orders and to date have received one. Will be checking with credit card company to see if Fairwinds are collecting payment and not sending items that I ordered. They seem to not know what they are doing. Very poor way to operate a business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We did not get the product that we ordered. Had to return it at our expense. Will never order from this company again.
