As absentee owners Rebecca kept us well informed of what had already occurred with photos & what was going to occur in the near future. Process was therefore pretty stress free. Happy with the outcome
Rebecca is an outstanding representative; somehow I had the sense from our very first conversation that both Victory & William Ryan homes would be the right fit for us. She made us feel so comfortable with the progress of the build, especially without our being there for the process. She & Jon are a formidable pair, great communicators and very responsive. I have purchased many homes and worked with several real estate agents and home builders. Buying a new home always has its challenges, especially when having a new home built in another state. Rebecca knocked this one out of the park! She was always available when we needed her and acted like we were her only customer! Her attention to detail was really appreciated. She made our home building experience being out of state, absolutely smooth, and positive experience! We will always remember and never forget her updates and photos. She would send and cute text messages with emojis! We feel that we have a new friend in her and a beautiful new home to enjoy!
I cannot say enough great things about our William Ryan home. The customer service before and after sale has been beyond expectation. All the staff and the home support group including Jon have been over the top. We feel blessed to have our gorgeous home in this wonderful community
