Rebecca and Jon have been great! Their timely communication and prompt follow through have been spot on. Since we originally made our decision to purchase a new home in Victory, they made the otherwise daunting process smooth and stress free. They are both true assets to William Ryan!
Norma always goes above and beyond for my clients. She definitely knows her product and is always willing to drive my clients out to view lots and answer all their questions. She is very professional and treats my clients with the utmost respect. One of my clients recently decided to go with K-Hov instead because of the substantial financial incentive they were given on a slightly larger home with golf course views. If William Ryan had a similar lot and price point, they would have purchased with Norma.
